These are the things we will be looking at in the next few posts.but before we do I would like for you to take some time and answer a few of the following questions and keep a copy of the answers. I will explain later.
What year was your house built?
Front door faces which direction?
Number of occupants?
Do you have central air and heat?
Take a look at a copy of your utility bills.
What type of appliances ?
Which part of the house has the most windows?
Keep a copy of these answers to refer back to latter. I will go through each question and explain why they are important.
In my next post we will be talking about some of the building science involved in home performance so you will understand what we are trying to do.
