Climate change a Hoax??....who cares??

The Climate change Hoaxers have been out in force to bag the Live earth concerts for not being Green enough....and to re-iterate their point that Climate chang eis a Hoax....who cares whether Climate change exists or not honestly? ......the fact that so many people believe in it has done one great thing, it is making us all aware of the Environment and that we need to take care of it...even if Global Warming didn't exist (that is not my stance) the positives of awareness moving towards the Environment and Environmantal causes at unprecedented levels is a good thing, no matter which way you want to spin it....
In some ways you can kind of see the point to the objections: Wastefull, jetsetting rock stars who probably have more lightbulbs in their kitchens than most of us have in our entire houses.....getting up on stage and preaching to all of us, telling us how to reduce our measley emissions, while at the same time sucking up millions of vaults of power and creating tonnes and tonnes of waste...but lets get some perspective here people...
The Human beast has been destroying the environment progressivley for generations, we are seriously biting the hand that feeds us and it will only get worse unless the collective consciousness comes to the party and demands we become accountable for our actions...before the Earth decides it will do that for us, whether it is in the form of Global Warming or not...Climate change awareness has begun a revolution of incredible proportions, it has brought money to the party; I might be a bit cynical about the City types getting million pound salaries, but there is a reason they do, a new economy has been created, that economy revolves around creating projects that reduce Carbon emissions, this by very definition benefits the environment: Trees get planted, industrial plants that create pollution become more efficient and don't pump the earth full of toxins, we reduce our overall emissions: nothing bad there people....
So whether you beleive in Climate change or not, believe in what this collective conscious movement can do: Help make this world a better place. We all benefit.
